Recipes

Summer Grilled Burger, topped with Blue Cheese

Yields 4 burgers

1# fresh ground round
½ cup Blue Cheese, crumbled
½ teaspoon fresh garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
Sprinkle of sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and chili flakes
4 Dutch Crunch Rolls
Fresh tomatoes, lettuce and coarse ground mustard

Preheat grill to medium. To prepare burgers, place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and thoroughly mix together. Divide into 4 burgers and gently form burger mixture into patties. Grill patties 3-5 minutes on each side and serve on toasted rolls and condiments. Serve with a glass of Fichtenberg Merlot. Enjoy!
